Professional Callebaut dark Belgian chocolate sticks, specially formulated for baking. Made from 100% dark Belgian chocolate with a rich cocoa flavour, these sticks are ideal for pain au chocolat, croissants, pastries, buns and other baked products.
Their special recipe contains less cocoa butter, making the sticks heat resistant up to 200°C. During baking they soften and melt beautifully without burning, then regain their firm, crisp texture once the finished product cools.
