SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Delivery within Ireland
- We use DPD Ireland for all deliveries.
- Standard shipping rate: €5.99.
- Free delivery for orders over €50.
- Place orders before 11:00 AM for dispatch same day and delivery within 2 to 5 working days.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM or on weekends/bank holidays will ship on the next working day.
Delivery to the UK
- All UK orders are shipped via DPD for a flat rate of £9.99.
- Additional charges may apply for customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
- Delivery times to the UK may vary based on customs clearance.

Free collection is available from our warehouse.
Collection Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- If these times do not suit, please call us to arrange an alternative collection time.
- Please wait for your collection confirmation email before arriving.
Additional Notes
- Delivery delays may occur during public holidays or peak periods (Christmas, Easter).
- You will receive tracking information by email once your order is dispatched.
Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here are our guidelines:
Return Conditions
- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Return Process
- Please email us at cakemasterltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Returned products will be inspected by Cake Master upon receipt.
- We will notify you if your return has been approved for a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
