  • What products do you sell?
    We specialize in high-quality baking ingredients, tools, and decorations including sugar paste, modelling paste, chocolate, food colours, and baking essentials for both professionals and home bakers.
  • Are your products suitable for vegans or people with allergies?
    Many of our products are vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-conscious. Please refer to individual product pages for specific allergen and dietary information.
  • How can I place an order?
    Simply browse our online shop, add items to your cart, and follow the checkout process. If you need help, feel free to contact us at cakemasterltd@gmail.com
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, email us as soon as possible. Once it’s shipped, we can’t make changes.
  • What delivery options do you offer?
    We offer delivery in Ireland and the UK via DPD. - Ireland: €5.99 or FREE on orders over €50 - UK: £9.99 (customs charges may apply) - Collection: Free from our warehouse (see collection hours on our Shipping Policy page)
  • When will I receive my order?
    Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) on working days are shipped the same day for next working day delivery (Ireland). UK delivery may take longer due to customs processing.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we ship to Ireland and the UK only.
  • What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
    Please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll review your issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
  • Can I return products?
    Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unopened and in their original condition. See our Returns Policy for details.
  • How can I collect my order?
    Select "Click & Collect" at checkout. You’ll get an email when your order is ready. Collection hours: - Mon–Fri: 4 PM to 5 PM - Saturday: 10 AM to 11 AM If these times don’t suit, call us to arrange a more convenient time.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major debit/credit cards and secure online payments.
  • Do you offer custom or bulk orders?
    Yes! Contact us for custom orders, special colours, or wholesale quantities. We recommend placing custom orders 2–3 weeks in advance.
  • What courier do you use?
    We use DPD Ireland for both Irish and UK deliveries.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    - Ireland: €5.99 flat rate, or free over €50 - UK: £9.99 (extra taxes/duties may apply)
  • Do you offer next day delivery?
    Yes. Orders placed before 12:00 PM on working days are dispatched for next-day delivery.
  • Do you deliver to the UK?
    Yes. We ship via DPD to the UK. Additional charges may apply for customs.
  • Can I collect my order?
    Yes, collections are free from our warehouse: - Mon–Fri: 4–5 PM - Saturday: 10–11 AM If these times don’t suit, call to arrange a better time.
  • Will I get tracking info?
    Yes. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we only ship to Ireland and the UK.
