1. Ordering Made Simple
We’re here to make your baking experience smooth from start to finish. When you shop with us, you can expect clear communication and reliable service.
- Online Orders: Available 24/7 at www.cakemaster.ie. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order summary once your purchase is complete.
- Custom Orders: For speciality requests (e.g. bulk, allergen-specific, or hard-to-source items), contact our customer care team. We recommend placing custom orders 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery.
- Bulk Discounts: Available for bakeries and business customers — reach out for wholesale pricing.
2. Payments You Can Trust
- We accept: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, and secure bank transfer.
- Secure Checkout: Our platform uses SSL encryption for your safety.
- VAT: All prices include VAT (Value-Added Tax) at the applicable rate in Ireland.
3. Delivery & Collection
We know timing is everything when you’re baking. That’s why we work with trusted courier partners to ensure your ingredients arrive quickly and safely.
- Delivery: Orders placed before 11:00 AM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day via DPD Courier for 2 to 5 working days delivery (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Holiday Periods: For Christmas and Easter, orders must be placed by 11:00 AM to ensure timely delivery. We recommend ordering early to avoid seasonal delays.
- Speciality/Custom Products: Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery of speciality-requested items.
- Delivery Delays: May occur around bank holidays, Christmas, or Easter. We’ll keep you updated if your delivery is affected. - Free Delivery: Orders over €50 qualify for free standard delivery within Ireland.
4. Returns & Refunds
Because we sell food products, we handle returns with care and in accordance with food safety standards.
- Non-Perishable Products: If unopened and returned within 14 days, we will inspect the product upon return. You will be notified if the item qualifies for a refund or exchange based on its condition.
- Perishable Products: Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll assess the issue.
- Custom Orders: These are non-refundable unless proven defective or incorrect.
5. Allergen & Product Safety Notice
- We clearly label all products with allergen information.
- Please be aware that products may be packed in facilities handling nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and eggs.
- If you have any concerns, contact us before placing your order — we’re happy to help.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love every Cake Master purchase. If something isn’t right, email us at cakemasterltd@gmail.com within 48 hours, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

We treat every customer with care and professionalism, and expect the same in return. Abusive or fraudulent behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the refusal of service.
